FACE: A steam bath opens and tightens the pores, purifies, moistens the skin and evens out skin tone. Bring 1-2 cups of water to a boil; place hot water into clean bowl and add some drops of the formula. Cover head with a towel to create a tent and place face over steam, sitting for 5-10 minutes as tolerated. Use once or twice a week as needed.  For all skin types, particularly suitable for mixed and oily, impure skin.

BATH: an easy way to relax and a highly beneficial stimulating effect on the skin. Fill in the tub and adjust the temperature of the water so that it is not hotter than 100°F (38°C). Add some drops of the formula as needed  to reach the moisturizing & relaxing benefits.  Keep your bath between 5 and 15 minutes.  Just wait until the end of your bath before using bathfoam or delicate cleansing agents.
